Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation

Lessons may be scheduled through our online booking system subject to tutor availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson may result in forfeiture of that lesson credit. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to tutor unavailability or technical issues.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. All prices are displayed in British Pounds and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and learning materials, are the property of Specialloveprese or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specialloveprese shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
